INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g shredded cabbage
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), julienned
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices of bacon, finely chopped
Dairy
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Seasonings
- A pinch of dried parsley
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Cooking Essentials
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASSOS
Shred the cabbage and julienne the potatoes.
Finely chop the bacon.
In a bowl, mix cabbage, potatoes, bacon, and the ☆ ingredients (flour, grated cheese, salt, water).
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the mixture, spread it evenly, and press down with a spatula. Cook for 1 minute, then cover and steam on low heat for 6–7 minutes.
Flip the mixture, top with pizza cheese, cover again, and heat until the cheese melts. Cut into serving sizes, plate, and garnish with parsley.
