INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 160g salted salmon (2 fillets)
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage (1/6 head)
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut the salted salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the roots of the green onions and slice them thinly.
Place the cabbage, torn into bite-sized pieces, in a microwave-safe container. Add the salmon on top and drizzle with sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
In a bowl, mix the sliced green onions with the ☆ ingredients to make the green onion sauce.
Serve the steamed cabbage and salmon on a plate and drizzle with the green onion sauce.
