- 🦐 150g frozen mixed seafood

- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
Oil and Seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1.5 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Heat olive oil and grated garlic in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the frozen mixed seafood and sauté until it turns white.
Add the cabbage and stir until coated with oil. Cover the pan and steam over low heat for 2 minutes. Add consomme powder and salt and pepper, then stir-fry briefly over medium heat.
