- 100g ground pork
Legumes
- 80g boiled soybeans

- 🥬 150g minced cabbage
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Condiments
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
PASSOS
Place boiled soybeans in a plastic bag and mash lightly, leaving some texture.
Finely chop the cabbage.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, soybeans, cabbage, egg, and seasonings thoroughly. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook until browned.
Flip the patties, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve on a plate and garnish with yuzu pepper.
