INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 canned tuna
- 🥬 Cabbage as needed
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 1 green chili
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- A dash of sesame oil
- 💧 1/3 cup water
PASSOS
Chop the onion, green chili, and green onion into small pieces.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and set it aside for cooking.
Heat the tuna oil in a pot and sauté the onion and green onion until softened.
Add soybean paste, red pepper paste, and water to the pot and mix well.
Add red pepper powder, minced garlic, and sugar, then simmer until thickened.
Add the tuna and green chili to the pot and cook until well combined.
Finish by adding a dash of sesame oil and stir well before turning off the heat.
Steam the cabbage in a steamer for 5–10 minutes until tender.
