INGREDIENTES

- 🍚 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 pack chicken sausage
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
- 🍤 7-8 cocktail shrimp
- 3 tsp oyster sauce
- 🌿 A pinch of parsley
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Prepare the ingredients: finely chop the shrimp and cabbage. Heat the chicken sausage in the microwave and slice it thinly.
Heat a pan and drizzle olive oil. Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry lightly to retain its crunch.
Add the shrimp and chicken sausage to the pan and stir-fry until golden brown.
Drizzle a little more olive oil in the center of the pan and crack an egg into it. Cook until the egg is set.
Prepare a bowl with cooked brown rice and drizzle sesame oil over it.
Plate the egg on top of the rice and arrange the stir-fried toppings around it. Alternatively, mix everything together for convenience.
Sprinkle parsley over the dish and serve.
