INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g minced cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 minced onion
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- Enough oil for frying
Seasoning
- 🍋 Lemon wedges as needed
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- Black pepper as needed
Binding
- 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Finely chop the cabbage and onion.
Heat salad oil in a pan, sauté the onion until soft, add cabbage and cook until softened. Add ground meat and cook until the meat changes color.
Add curry powder, salt, garlic, and black pepper to the pan and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool.
Cut spring roll wrappers into thirds lengthwise. Place a spoonful of filling on one end, fold into triangles, and seal edges with flour-water mixture.
Heat frying oil to 170°C, fry the samosas until golden brown, turning occasionally. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle black pepper.
