INGREDIENTES

- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 handful of cabbage
- 🥔 1/2 potato
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
Optional Ingredients
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥓 1 strip of bacon
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
PASSOS
Soak the cabbage in water with vinegar for 5 minutes to remove pesticides and impurities, then rinse.
Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Slice or dice the potato finely as it takes longer to cook.
Beat the eggs well and prepare your chosen seasoning or sauce.
Sauté the ingredients with your chosen sauce until the potato is cooked through.
Spread the egg mixture evenly in a pan and cook the bottom side first.
