INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 cabbage leaves
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 ladle pasta cooking water
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly. Remove the stem and seeds from the red chili and slice it into rings.
Cook the spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Add the cabbage to the pot 1 minute before the spaghetti is done.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic until golden brown.
Add salt, red chili, the cooked pasta and cabbage, and a ladle of pasta cooking water to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined.
