INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Protein
- 70g ham
- 🥚 2 eggs
Dairy
- 🧀 100g cheese
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
Optional
- Olives to taste
PASSOS
Prepare cabbage, onion, bell pepper, ham, eggs, olives, and cheese.
Finely chop cabbage, ham, bell pepper, and onion.
Mix cabbage with 2 eggs thoroughly.
Add 2 pinches of salt to the cabbage and egg mixture.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and cook the cabbage mixture partially.
Transfer the partially cooked cabbage mixture to an oven-safe pan and top with chopped ingredients.
Add cheese on top.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
