INGREDIENTES

- 7 sheets rice paper
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 1 can tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Slice the cabbage thinly and stir-fry it in a pan with oil.
Scramble 2 eggs in the same pan.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and add it to the pan.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and a pinch of black pepper, then stir-fry everything together.
Soak rice paper in water, place the cabbage-tuna mixture on top, and roll it up.
Pan-fry the rolls with oil until golden and crispy.
