INGREDIENTES

- 🥬 10 cabbage leaves
- 0.5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tbsp perilla oil
Soy Sauce Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped chili
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- Generous amount of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Steam 10 cleaned cabbage leaves for 5 minutes in a steamer over boiling water.
Prepare the soy sauce seasoning by mixing chopped chili, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, oligosaccharide, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Once the cabbage leaves cool slightly, roll them tightly starting from the stem side.
Heat olive oil and perilla oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pan-fry the rolled cabbage until golden brown on all sides over medium heat.
Place the cooked rolls on a plate and drizzle the soy sauce seasoning evenly over them.
