INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into halves, keeping the core intact.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the mustard sauce.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the cabbage on medium heat until both sides are browned. Add 1 tbsp of water, cover, and steam on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Serve the cabbage on a plate and drizzle the mustard sauce over it.
