INGREDIENTES
Main
- 250g thinly sliced pork loin
- 🥬 150g shredded cabbage
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Coating
- All-purpose flour as needed
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs as needed
Sauce
- 3 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 🌰 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
PASSOS
Shred the cabbage and place it in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, massage it, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
In a separate bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (tonkatsu sauce, sesame seeds, mustard, and sugar).
Lay out half the pork slices slightly overlapping. Place half the cabbage horizontally and roll tightly from one end. Repeat to make two rolls.
Season the rolls with salt and pepper, then lightly coat them with flour.
Dip the rolls into beaten egg, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 170°C (340°F). Fry the rolls for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Serve the cutlets on a plate with the prepared sauce on the side.
