INGREDIENTES

- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
Meat
- 🌭 6 sausages
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices of melting cheese
Seasoning
- 💧 200cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
PASSOS
Wrap cabbage leaves in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes. Cut into thirds.
Place a sausage on each cabbage piece and roll tightly. Secure the ends with toothpicks.
Heat a pot with water, salt, pepper, and consomme. Add the cabbage rolls, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, place cheese slices on top of the rolls, cover, and let steam for about 1 minute.
