INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🥖 8 slices baguette
Seafood
- 🧡 1 tbsp salmon roe
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
Dairy
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
PASSOS
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water briefly. Drain and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Mash with a fork.
Add milk to the mashed potato and mix until smooth. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley to season.
Toast the baguette slices in a toaster for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.
Top the toasted baguette slices with the mashed potato mixture and garnish with salmon roe.
