- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water

- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

PASSOS
Cut the carrot lengthwise into halves, then slice thinly at an angle.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir gently to break it apart.
Add the carrot slices and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, then stir to combine evenly.
