INGREDIENTES

- 400g pancake mix
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, finely chopped
- 🌰 1 handful walnuts, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
PASSOS
Place pancake mix into a large bowl.
Finely chop or shred the carrot.
Chop walnuts or other nuts of choice.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
Melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add milk, carrot, walnuts, melted butter, and beaten egg to the pancake mix.
Coat the inside of the rice cooker pot with butter or oil.
Pour the batter into the rice cooker pot and level it evenly.
Cook using the rice cooker's 'multi-steam' function for 40–60 minutes.
Let the cake cool slightly in the pot before removing.
Invert the pot to release the cake and let it cool completely.
Slice the cake and serve.
