INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 20 dumpling wrappers
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 50cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp powdered cheese
PASSOS
Mince the carrot finely.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, minced carrot, and all seasoning ingredients until well combined.
Place the filling onto dumpling wrappers, apply water to the edges, and fold to seal. Repeat for all 20 dumplings.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, arrange dumplings, and cook on medium heat until golden brown. Add water, cover, and steam. Finish by adding sesame oil and cook until crispy.
