INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 1 stalk celery
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 4 mushrooms
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 🥛 200ml milk
PASSOS
Remove celery strings and dice into 5mm cubes. Mince the onion and microwave for 1 minute at 600W, then let cool. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water, then drain. Halve the mushrooms.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, celery, onion, and seasoning ingredients (☆). Shape into bite-sized meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the meatballs over medium heat until browned, rolling them occasionally.
Add potatoes to the pan and sauté until they develop a golden crust.
Add mushrooms and sauté briefly. Sprinkle flour and cook until no longer powdery.
Add the sauce ingredients (★) and mix well. Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
