- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 🥬 1 stalk celery with leaves
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Remove the strings from the celery stalk and slice it thinly at an angle. Chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the natto with its included sauce.
In another bowl, combine the seasonings (ponzu sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil). Add the celery and the natto mixture, then mix well.
