- 2 tbsp pasta water
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
PASSOS
Boil water in a large pot, add 1 tsp salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water.
In a bowl, mix grated cheese with the reserved pasta water, then toss in the cooked spaghetti.
Serve the spaghetti on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and drizzle olive oil on top.
