- 1 1/2 tbsp mentuyu (2x concentrated)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Cut the avocado into 1cm cubes and drizzle with lemon juice.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth, then add mentuyu, salt, pepper, and shirasu. Mix well.
