INGREDIENTES
Grain
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🌭 2 sausages
Dairy
- 🧀 2 tbsp pizza cheese
Spices
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder

- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 🧈 10g salted butter
PASSOS
Slice sausages into 5mm pieces and microwave in a heatproof container for 20 seconds at 600W.
Mix cooked rice, sausages, pizza cheese, and curry powder in a bowl. Divide into 4 portions and shape into rice balls using plastic wrap.
Place rice balls in a frying pan over low heat. Cook one side until dry, then flip and brush with soy sauce. Repeat flipping and brushing until both sides are golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
Add butter to the pan, melt it, and quickly sear both sides of the rice balls.
