INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice of cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp tonkatsu sauce
- 💧 100ml water
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion.
Season the pork belly with salt and pepper, place cheese and onion on top, fold the pork, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the pork, cook on medium heat until browned, flip, cover, and steam on low heat for 5 minutes.
Wipe off excess oil from the pan, add the sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, and coat the pork with the sauce.
