INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 scoop cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 🧀 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A small amount of tomato ketchup
PASSOS
Prepare the ingredients: 1 scoop of cooked rice, 1 egg, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp perilla oil, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
Separate the egg yolk from the white and whisk the yolk in a bowl until smooth.
Heat a non-preheated frying pan with 1 tbsp of canola oil and cook the egg yolk into a thin sheet over medium heat. Flip and cook both sides until golden.
Mix the rice with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp perilla oil, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds until evenly seasoned.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese over the seasoned rice.
Place the cooked egg yolk sheet on top of the cheese-covered rice.
Microwave the dish for 3 minutes until the cheese melts and blends with the rice.
Decorate with tomato ketchup and serve.
