INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 can canned chicken breast
- 🧅 1 small onion
- 1 handful cabbage
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces or thin slices as preferred.
Cut the cabbage into similar bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients together: 2 tbsp gochujang, 3 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Add the canned chicken breast, vegetables, and mixed seasoning to a pan.
Cook over medium heat. Add a little water if needed as vegetables release moisture.
Finish cooking on high heat with a little oil for a final stir-fry.
Optionally, add cheese on top and microwave until melted.
