INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 handful of rice cakes
- 1 sheet of fish cake
- 1 handful of Vienna sausages
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 💧 200 ml water
Additional Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🧀 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
PASSOS
Cut the rice cakes into small pieces.
Slice the fish cake into similar-sized pieces.
Cut the Vienna sausages into similar-sized pieces.
Combine all the seasoning ingredients and the main ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the cooked rice and mix well to stir-fry.
Transfer the rice to a bowl, top with mozzarella cheese, and microwave for 3 minutes.
