INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🧀 35g shredded pizza cheese
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp consomme powder
Toppings
- 🥚 1 soft-boiled egg
- A dash of black pepper
PASSOS
Mince the onion and garlic. Cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a small frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant. Add bacon and cook over medium heat until browned. Reserve a small portion of bacon for garnish.
Add the beaten egg and cook until slightly set. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until the rice is fluffy and well-mixed. Season with salt and consomme powder.
Push the rice to the center of the pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese around the edges and cover with a lid. Cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
Top the rice with the reserved bacon and a soft-boiled egg. Sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
