INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 75g silken tofu
- 🥕 35g carrot, sliced
- 🧅 40g green onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🍶 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water
PASSOS
Slice the carrot into half-moon shapes, cut the green onion diagonally, and slice the shiitake mushrooms (both caps and stems).
In a bowl, mix the tofu and potato starch with a spoon until smooth.
In a pot, combine the soup base ingredients (sake, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) with the carrot. Heat over medium heat until it boils, then reduce to low heat.
Using a spoon, scoop the tofu mixture and gently drop it into the soup to form dumplings. Increase to medium heat, and once the dumplings float, add the green onion and shiitake mushrooms. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
