INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 50g arugula
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and marinate with sake, salt, and pepper.
Slice the onion into 5mm strips and cut the arugula into 4cm lengths.
Mix the grain mustard, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until crispy. Flip and cook until the chicken changes color.
Push the chicken to the side of the pan, add the onion, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the sauce and stir to coat the chicken and onion evenly. Add the arugula and stir briefly.
