- 🍗 2 chicken tenders

- 50g green beans
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
PASSOS
Clean the clams by scrubbing the shells together and drain well.
Remove the tendon from the chicken tenders and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut into thirds. Slice the garlic thinly.
Layer the chicken, clams, green beans, and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the seasoning ingredients and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Stir to combine and serve.
