INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack maitake mushroom
- 2 bell peppers
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Condiments
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Prepare the maitake mushrooms by trimming the base and breaking them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the bell peppers, onion, and lemon thinly.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Place half of the onion, chicken, maitake mushrooms, bell peppers, lemon slices, and butter on aluminum foil.
Wrap the foil tightly and cook in a toaster oven until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve on a plate and drizzle with soy sauce.
