    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • 🧂 A pinch of pepper
    • 💧 100ml water

Dice the tomato into 2cm cubes, slice the onion thinly, chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water, then drain. Trim and separate the shimeji mushrooms.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook until browned on both sides. Add onion, potatoes, and shimeji mushrooms, stirring until coated with oil.
