- 🍗 100g chicken breast
- 🥬 100-200g cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Prepare the ingredients by slicing the green onion for oil infusion and cutting chicken breast and cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and chili oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the sliced green onion to the pan and stir-fry to create aromatic green onion oil.
Add the chicken breast to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until it absorbs the flavors of the chili oil and green onion oil.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry until the cabbage is fully coated and its texture softens.
Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper and stir-fry briefly to finish the dish.
Serve the stir-fried chicken and cabbage over a plate of brown rice. Optionally, garnish with sesame seeds and a sunny-side-up egg for added flavor and visual appeal.
