Noodles
- 2 servings cooked kishimen noodles
Meat
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Pickled red ginger, as needed
- Fresh cilantro, as needed
- 🍋 Lemon slices, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper, as needed
Soup Base
- 💧 800ml water
- 50ml sake
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine the soup base ingredients and chicken. Bring to a boil and skim off any foam.
Add the cooked kishimen noodles and boil according to package instructions. Add the bean sprouts.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve in bowls. Garnish with lemon slices, pickled red ginger, chopped green onion, and cilantro.
