INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 200g ground chicken
- 200g bamboo shoot (boiled)
- 1/2 piece ginger
- 2 tbsp dried seaweed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Chicken Meatball Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Simmering Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 200cc water
PASSOS
Rehydrate the dried seaweed in plenty of water and drain well.
Slice the bamboo shoot thinly and cut the ginger into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken with the chicken meatball seasoning until sticky. Divide into 6 portions and shape into balls.
In a pot, bring the simmering sauce ingredients to a boil. Add the chicken meatballs and cook over medium heat until their surface changes color. Skim off any foam.
Add bamboo shoots and soy sauce to the pot. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Add seaweed and cook briefly.
Serve in a dish and garnish with ginger strips.
