INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken mince
Vegetables
- 2 red bell peppers (60g)
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Noodles
- 20g glass noodles
Oil & Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
Sauce Mix
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 💧 200ml water
PASSOS
Finely chop the green onion and slice the red bell peppers into thin strips after removing seeds and stems.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, chicken stock powder, soy sauce, miso, and water) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat, add green onion and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken mince, grated ginger, and grated garlic, then cook over medium heat until the chicken changes color. Stir in doubanjiang.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and bring to a boil. Add glass noodles and red bell peppers, then simmer until the noodles are soft.
