INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 115g sliced chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g torn lettuce
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
Seasoning
- Pinch of black pepper
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
PASSOS
Slice the chicken breast thinly.
Tear the lettuce, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and slice the cucumber into 1cm pieces.
Mix the dressing ingredients (olive oil, Parmesan cheese, vinegar, and salt) in a bowl.
Arrange lettuce and chicken on a plate, surround with tomatoes and cucumber, drizzle dressing, and sprinkle black pepper.
