- 1 pack pea sprouts
- 2 pickled plums
- 🧈 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ground sesame

Chicken Preparation

PASSOS
Cut the pea sprouts into thirds after removing the root ends.
Remove the pits from the pickled plums and mash them with a knife.
Place chicken tenders in a microwave-safe container, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until cooked. Let cool, drain excess liquid, and shred into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix mashed plums and mayonnaise. Add shredded chicken and pea sprouts, then mix well. Finally, add ground sesame and a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
