INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 100g chicken tender, trimmed
- 🍠 150g sweet potato, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
PASSOS
Slice the sweet potato into thin strips and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Make shallow cuts into the chicken tender to help it cook evenly.
Place sweet potato and chicken in a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle with sake and salt. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool slightly, then drain any excess liquid.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, miso, and ground sesame) in a bowl. Shred the chicken and add it along with the sweet potato to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
