INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin (4 pieces)

- 🧀 4 slices of cheese
Vegetables
- 8 shiso leaves
Condiments
- 2 umeboshi (made into paste)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Trim the stems from the shiso leaves. Remove the pits from the umeboshi and mash them into a paste. Cut the cheese slices in half.
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloin and flatten them with a rolling pin under plastic wrap.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place shiso leaves, umeboshi paste, and cheese evenly on each piece, then fold them in half. Coat each piece lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the folded chicken pieces in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
