INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), diced
- 1/2 celery stalk (50g), sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g), diced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- Pinch of white toasted sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with sake, salt, and pepper, and massage to marinate.
Dice the onion and yellow bell pepper into 1cm pieces. Slice the celery after removing its tough fibers with a peeler.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sugar, salt, ground sesame, and mayonnaise) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes until browned, then flip.
Remove excess fat with a paper towel. Add onion and celery, stir-fry for 2 minutes until the onion softens. Add yellow bell pepper and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
Combine the cooked ingredients with the sesame mayo sauce. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
