INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredient
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Ketchup Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
PASSOS
Open the chicken thigh to make its thickness even. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then coat with all-purpose flour.
Mix all the ingredients for the ketchup sauce in a container.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the ketchup sauce to the pan and coat the chicken evenly.
