INGREDIENTES

- 140g kombu
- 1 piece cod roe
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Processed Foods
- 2 chikuwa, sliced diagonally
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 💧 300cc water
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut kombu into bite-sized pieces, julienne the carrot, slice chikuwa diagonally, and remove cod roe from its skin.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and lightly stir-fry all ingredients except cod roe until coated with oil.
Add the seasonings and cod roe, then simmer until the liquid is fully absorbed.
