- 4 slices bacon
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 1 tsp salad oil
PASSOS
Cut a slit into the chikuwa and open it up. Thinly slice the lettuce.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil and cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
Place half the lettuce and bacon onto each chikuwa and roll tightly from one end. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat for the second roll.
Cut each roll in half and serve on a plate.
