INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g minced pork
Seafood
- 3 chikuwa
Seasoning
- Potato starch as needed
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Meat Mixture Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
Side Dish
- Frilly lettuce as needed
PASSOS
Cut chikuwa in half lengthwise and then crosswise. Sprinkle potato starch on the inner side.
Place minced pork and meat mixture seasoning into a plastic bag. Knead thoroughly, cut off the tip of the bag, and pipe the mixture into the chikuwa. Sprinkle potato starch on top.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chikuwa meat-side down and cook until browned. Flip, remove excess oil with a paper towel, and add sake. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
Add Worcestershire sauce and stir over medium heat until the sauce thickens and coats the chikuwa.
