INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 pieces chicken breast
- 2 packs cold noodle broth
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 paprika, julienned
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, julienned
- 2 servings somen noodles
Chicken Broth
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 💧 3 cups water
Chicken Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
PASSOS
Boil chicken breast with salt, black peppercorns, bay leaf, green onion, and water for 15 minutes.
While the chicken is boiling, julienne cucumber, cabbage, and paprika.
Once the chicken is cooked, strain and let it cool. Place the broth in the freezer to chill.
Cook somen noodles according to package instructions and drain well.
Shred the cooled chicken and mix with soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, sugar, sesame seeds, and minced garlic.
Assemble the dish by placing noodles in a bowl, topping with julienned vegetables and seasoned chicken.
Pour the chilled chicken broth and cold noodle broth over the noodles.
