Meat
- 4 sausages
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Chinese stock powder
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
PASSOS
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them in half. Slice the sausages diagonally into halves.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil over medium heat. Add the pea shoots and sausages, stir-frying until the pea shoots become tender.
Add Chinese stock powder and salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve.
