INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves (120g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
Seaweed
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then tear them into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in cold water for 5 minutes to reduce sharpness.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chicken stock powder, soy sauce, and sesame seeds to make the dressing.
Combine the lettuce, onion, and wakame in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss gently to coat.
